Beachside Bikinis Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Beachside Bikinis, 1024 Bayside Drive, Suite 490, Newport Beach, CA 92663 (“Sponsor”).

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 2 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on March 9 at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Mail-in entries must be received by March 9.

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry:

A. Online Paid Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Sponsor’s website and submit a $5 entry.

B. Free Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)

To enter without purchase, mail a postcard including your full name, email address, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be received by March 9.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.
Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on March 10 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize

One (1) Beachside Bikinis limited edition two-piece bikini set.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $132.

No cash substitution permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) days of the drawing.

If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
