Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please login to your customer account, navigate to orders, select the order you wish to return, click on "request return" and fill out appropriate information. Alternatively, free to contact us at returns@beachsidebikinis.com with your full name, order number, and items you wish to return/exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, bags/accessories, or gift cards.
All accessories and bags are final sale. Any and all items with final sale listed at time of purchase are subject to final sale. Final sale items will be marked as such in either the title or product description.
Any in-store purchases from one of our retailers must be returned to them separately. Retailers are subject to their own return policy, therefore inquiries about in-store purchases must be made through that store.
Exchanges
All exchanges and refunds are processed upon our inspection of returned items. Once we receive and approve a return, we will then process any refunds or ship out any exchanges. If an exchange is denied, the customer will be sent back the original items without refund. Customers have the choice to pay for the exchange items in addition to the original order, or cancel the exchange.
If you wish to receive exchange items faster, we recommend processing the return separately and placing a new order. Please note that refunds/exchanges are NOT guaranteed if items do not follow our return policies and pass our approval. Therefore, placing a new order prior to return acceptance still takes the risk of the return being denied & sent back with no refund (or unique terms determined based on situation).
All return shipping is paid by the customer and is determined based on carrier rates. Outbound shipping of exchange items will be determined at checkout.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
